Who we’re looking for
Experienced Operators
People who have accumulated a wealth of occupational experience and knowledge and want to pass that knowledge on. No previous instructional or teaching experience may be required, although good communication skills and attention to detail are important.
Experienced Instructors
As much as we love Forklift Trucks, we need instructors with a broad range of skills
Skills we’re interested in
We are particularly interested to hear from experienced operators or instructors of the following equipment:
- 180 Excavator
- 360 Excavator
- Chainsaw
- Dumper Truck
- Fire Marshal
- Instructor / Teaching qualifications
- Loading Shovel
- Lorry Loader (HIAB)
- Manual Handling
- MEWP
- Mini Digger
- Overhead Crane
- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
- Scaffold Inspection
- Skid Steer Loader (Bobcat)
- Slinger Banksman
- Telehandler
What we want to see
Certificates of training
We need to see evidence of training. Please send across any certificates that you think might be relevant or of interest to us.
Certificates achieved within the last 5 years are most valuable but any certification you can provide helps us build a picture of you as an individual and of your professional career development.
This can include anything from First Aid, Fire Marshal, Driver CPC to supervisory or management; we want to know who you are!
What you’d be doing
You would be delivering a broad range of training services; variety is the spice of life.
You could be delivering to some exciting blue chip companies and industry sectors; our clients range from aerospace to wildlife parks.
What will be expected of you
As a national training provider, we deliver training to client premises throughout the UK and overseas.
You’ll be on the road every day and although we are as fair as can be, you will clock up the miles. Overnight stays are not uncommon.

Geographical location is important to us as we need a network of instructors to allow us to provide national coverage.
