Paul has more than 20 years training experience on Plant Machinery, Lifting Equipment and Operations, Manual Handling Equipment and site safety qualifications. In April 2012, Paul delivered a diverse training programme to Cable & Wireless on St Helena, an island of volcanic origin in the South Atlantic Ocean which is the resting place of Napoleon Bonaparte following his exile by the British in 1815. One of the most isolated islands in the world, St Helena is now a hub of the international telecoms industry and remains a British colony. |

Paul is credited for contributing toward and editing the ITSSAR Training Manual for Overhead Crane Operators. Paul has also written bespoke courses for major UK companies and smaller specialist organisations. |
